It’s been a while since I last updated the blog (although I post regularly on Instagram @nerdsports) so here some of the things that I have worked on since.

Chris’ 2006 Harley Davidson Dyna came in for a fork oil change, fork gaiters, and O2 sensor adjustment harnesses.

Started working on this narrowed tank.

David’s 1979 Kawasaki KZ750 Twin came in for a carb rebuild.

Javier brought his 1982 Kawasaki SR650 for a new seat frame/tail, seat pan, and remounting of the battery box. Many more things to come on this project.

Dime City Cycles upswept seat loop.

Mocking up the new seat frame.

Extended it another 2.25″ to customer’s liking and brought the upsweep down an inch.

Here’s an in-progress shot of the underside of a seat pan I’m making for Pete’s XS650. More pics soon.

I will be updating this more frequently since I have quite a few projects in the works. Until next time, keep wrenching, cutting, welding, grinding and riding!
